Typically, your manager or the HR team will recommend you and reach out to you. However, you can also proactively let them know that you’d like to take on more responsibility.
Your manager observes you in your day-to-day work and discusses your potential with the HR team during regular feedback sessions and high-potential conferences.
That depends on the program. The Move Up to shift supervisor takes about 3 months, the Move Up to department manager takes about 18 months, and the Move Up to warehouse manager takes 18–24 months.
Yes, many of our in-person seminars are held in different regions. This has the advantage of allowing you to network with colleagues from other cities.
Regular seminars help you do your job even better. Move Up programs are more intensive development programs for anyone who wants to transition into a leadership role.
