The most important answers to your questions about applying.
For most jobs, you don't need any documents. You can simply apply without a CV.
Delivery driver: You don't need to upload your driving licence. It is sufficient to confirm on the form that you have a Class B driving licence.
Specialist and manager: Please have a CV in a common format (PDF, DOC) ready. A cover letter is nice, but not required.
It is important that we understand each other well, either in German or English.
German is not your native language? Aim for level B1. You do not need a certificate. The key thing is that communication at work works well. Be able to hold simple conversations in everyday German, understand and write short texts.
Delivery service driver: You will be in contact with customers. You should be able to hold conversations in German without any problems, answer questions and be friendly.
Warehouse job: Here, it is sufficient to understand clear instructions in German or English, understand short queries and pass on information.
You can apply even without previous professional experience. We will get you up to speed: Intensive induction and support during your initial period, clear processes. Experience is a plus, but only mandatory for management positions.
