Everything is planned for jobs in the warehouse: listen to the shift briefing, grab your scanner, and get started. In the warehouse, you either receive and store goods or pick orders for delivery. Early or late shift. No surprises.
Your Role
In your job in the warehouse, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. There are two areas of work. We will clarify which one suits you better on the applicant day.
- Goods receipt: Accept goods, check them (quality, best-before date, cooling chain) and store them in the right place
- Order Picking: Pick orders with a scanner and prepare them for delivery
- Keep the warehouse tidy and clean
- Work together as a team to ensure that everything is ready on time

FAQ
The most important answers to your questions about applying for a job as a warehouse worker.
You do not need a specific school leaving certificate or vocational training. Commitment, teamwork and enjoyment are more important to us.
To ensure that all orders are dispatched on time, you will be deployed in all areas – dry goods, refrigerated goods and frozen goods.
You will work with hand scanners/apps, order picking trolleys/roll containers and pallet trucks (‘ant’). Depending on the area, additional aids may be used (e.g. cooling gloves). You will receive training for everything.
We provide you with the required safety equipment – safety shoes and suitable work clothing. You do not need to purchase anything extra.
Report it immediately to the shift supervisor, and we will take care of it. Normal wear and tear or accidents are covered by insurance and will be dealt with accordingly. Intentional acts or gross negligence are a different matter.
Safety first. Headphones are not permitted in many areas because you need to be able to hear announcements and vehicles. If there are exceptions, your team lead will tell you how to work safely.
