For specialists and managers, there is first a short introductory meeting online or by telephone, followed by an appointment on site. This allows both sides to quickly see whether it is a good fit.
For most jobs, you don't need any documents. You can simply apply without a CV.
Delivery driver: You don't need to upload your driving licence. It is sufficient to confirm on the form that you have a Class B driving licence.
Specialist and manager: Please have a CV in a common format (PDF, DOC) ready. A cover letter is nice, but not required.
Yes, career changers are very welcome! Professional experience in logistics, warehousing or customer service is helpful, but not a prerequisite. More important are motivation, reliability and team spirit.
On your first day, you will receive your work clothes, access data and a briefing. New drivers initially accompany experienced colleagues on tours to familiarise themselves with all the processes.
Overtime is paid or compensated with time off. In addition, you can expect employee discounts, free drinks, a company pension scheme with subsidies and other benefits offered by the REWE Group.
Depending on the location, you will work early and late shifts that change weekly, usually including Saturdays. Overall, you will work five days a week with one day off per week according to the schedule.
The probationary period is six months.
